What a great experience! From the moment Bradley arrived for the initial consultation I knew I was in good hands. He patiently explained the the quality features of each type of wood I was considering and also the installation process. Installation day a team of 3 arrived and immediately went into work mode. Each had their own duties and they worked seamlessly together. Not to mention that they extremely nice and left the home each day totally cleaned up. I have owned many houses and put in many floors, but this was the best experience I have ever had. And did I mention the floors are gorgeous?.
