After having a water pipe break under my house and needing to replace the floor for in my den, I went to Kuhn’s on a neighbor’s referral.  I met with Pelli – who was as patient as one could be dealing with a slightly psychotic woman who, first, had never filed an insurance claim so therefore had no idea that nothing was going to be simple and second, didn’t know laminate vs hardwood, ceramic vs porcelain tile, BUT just knew she needed a floor.  

Pelli came to the house – surveyed the damage – asked questions as to how I used the room (a den) and then met with me at the showroom where he efficiently explained my options – made suggestions – understood the trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance companies.  In short, Pelli was so much more than a salesman – he was a “room visionary” – very conscious of my finances and my timeline.  

The installers came on time as scheduled – were extremely friendly and did a great job – the second day – yesterday – they came back to grout and left me with a clean – and I mean CLEAN – new working space.  

Without doubt, dealing with Pelli and Kuhn’s Carpeting was a major bright light in a rather stressful time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We received a recommendation of Kuhn from Nextdoor. A dislodged drainpipe from our air conditioner had lifted large sections of our composite wood floor. The owner  mr Hamwey came same day and advised floor could not be repaired. He sent his estimator, the delightful Pele who gave us a price considerably lower than the original guesstimate. The day of installation the crew arrived on time and by day end we had a beautiful new floor. They left the place immaculate. Recommend Kuhn highly.

I had a great experience with Kuhn Flooring.  After visiting several flooring stores, Kuhn had the best prices.  Pele was the best and really helped me get everything I needed to make a decision.  He helped me find samples of products that weren’t on the floor.  He stayed late at the office so I could pick them up and then came to my house while I was at work to pick them back up where I left them outside.  The installers did a very good job as well.  It looks soo good.
