This is a family business that treats you like “family”. We have worked with no better vendor than Kuhn’s Flooring. Our request through our local Costco in Palm Beach County was answered by Wyatt, in sales at Kuhn’s who helped us through the details of our flooring plan. After working on the details we decided we needed more information on carpeting and replacement tile of the whole house. This was a large purchase and we wanted to avoid a mistake on our part.
As a result, Wyatt returned with Steve Kuhn a few days later with additional samples and we found this very helpful. We made a decision, with the help of Steve, to not replace the tile at this time since the existing tile was in good shape. We chose the carpet style and padding for each room and all seemed right.
The crew laying the carpet (Charles and Cody) were real professionals. However, not too long after beginning installation my wife and I realized the carpet we chose was not exactly to our liking.
In most cases, I presume, this would be a real problem, and it was, but Kuhn’s only concern was for our satisfaction. What could they do to make this right for us? What a great question.
So, a few days later we traveled to their showroom to view all their inventory. That’s probably what we should have done to begin with, but they were the most welcoming people we have ever done business with. After a few hours of discussion they more than bent over backwards to help us including providing us with a free upgrade in the carpet padding.
The old carpet was removed and the new carpet is wonderful. We are 120% pleased. Their follow up was outstanding and they continue to be of help. We love their warranty through Costco. They stand behind their material and workmanship like no one else we know in this business.
It has been a pleasure working with them. Kudos to Wyatt and Steve for all their help and understanding and sticking by us in the process. And the installers, Charles and Cody, were very courteous and helped us with the heavy lifting.

Highly recommend! We recently hired Kuhn’s Flooring Gallery in Coral Springs to replace carpet in our home. The experience was truly excellent from start to finish. Mike, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and detail-oriented. He actually suggested the product we ultimately used, because it has a newer technology that resists pet stains and we have two large dogs. After taking measurements in our home, Mike made detailed drawings and planned the installation layout carefully to minimize carpet waste. When we visited the store, Steve, the owner, found us and introduced himself. He told us that we would love their installers — and we did. They did a beautiful installation job on 4 large rooms with no visible seams! They took great care of our home, moved our furniture carefully, cleaned up after themselves, and let us relax while they did a beautiful, professional, efficient installation. Best of all, Kuhn’s prices were competitive, there was no fee to take measurements, and they followed up to be sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use Kuhn’s Carpet and Flooring again!
